Refunds are issued at the discretion of the seller and/or Bidyear admin based on sale terms. Typical refundable scenarios: bid deposit released (did not win), auction cancelled before close, dispute ruled in buyer's favour.
Refunds to card: 5–10 business days to appear. Refunds to wallet: instant. Buyer's premium is not refunded unless the auction itself is voided.
Tip: Read the Terms of Sale on each auction before bidding — some auctions are absolute with no-refund clauses.
